What happens when new intelligent beings appear on our planet? Beings that we have created ourselves, but that are not at all human? A small item, and it brought peace and reparation to the loved ones of Linda Sue Biechler. Another border sparring between Serbia and Kosovo is behind us, and there will probably be another one ahead. Punishment is always a reaction to evil that destroys the moral condition of the perpetrator, the established social order and man's relationship to God.
